Scope
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through supplyluck.com by SupplyLuck GmbH. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & acceptance
- An order is accepted when we confirm it and issue an Order ID.
- Product pages show current batch, expiry, and stock status at time of ordering.
- We may decline orders due to stock, regulatory restrictions, or shipping limitations.
Pricing
- Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Confirmed orders are honoured at the accepted price.

Delivery, title & risk
- Standard EU delivery is 2–5 business days from Leipzig — see Delivery policy.
- Title and risk pass on delivery. Report transit damage within 48 hours.

SupplyLuck is a construction supplies distributor, not a contractor or engineer. Product information on this site describes goods, pack sizes, and logistics only — it is not technical or safety advice. Follow manufacturer TDS/SDS and applicable site regulations.
Products are supplied to manufacturer specifications. You are responsible for confirming suitability for your intended use and following storage and handling instructions.
