Ordering & Trade Accounts
No account is required for one-off orders. Check out with your email, phone, and delivery address. Use My Orders with the same email to track shipments.
Visit our Trade Account page or email hello@supplyluck.com with your company name, VAT ID, and typical monthly spend. We respond within one business day with invoice terms and a dedicated account manager.
Yes. Send your specification or take-off list — we match brands, pack sizes, and stock availability and return a project quote, usually within one business day.
Payment & Billing
Orders are paid securely online at checkout — you're redirected to our payment partner to complete the payment. Trade accounts can set up VAT invoicing and agreed terms; contact us to arrange one.
Yes. All B2B orders include VAT-compliant invoices from SupplyLuck GmbH, Leipzig. Provide your VAT ID at checkout or on account setup.
Trade account holders can request ex-VAT pricing on quotes and invoices. Online catalog prices include VAT unless stated otherwise on your account.
Delivery
Standard EU delivery is 2–5 business days from our Leipzig warehouse. Express dispatch is available for urgent lines — contact us before ordering heavy pallet goods.
Yes. We coordinate delivery to your site address in an agreed time window. Heavy and palletised goods are shipped accordingly — note access and unloading requirements at checkout.
All orders ship from our Leipzig, Germany warehouse. We deliver across the European Union.
Products & Documentation
Every product page shows current stock levels for the SKU we hold in Leipzig — not a vague 'available on request' message.
TDS and SDS documents are linked on product pages where supplied by the manufacturer. Contact us if you need a document for a specific batch.
Yes. Tell us the job, substrate, or specification — we suggest equivalent lines from stock rather than 'whatever we had on the shelf'.
Returns & Claims
Unopened bags in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Opened dry mixes cannot be accepted — moisture contamination makes them unsuitable for resale.
Note damage on the delivery receipt where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos, your Order ID, and batch details. We arrange replacement or credit.
Unopened, resaleable goods in original packaging: 14 calendar days for consumers. B2B returns follow your trade account terms.
