Orders are paid securely online at checkout — you are redirected to our payment partner to complete the payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
VAT & invoices
Every order includes a VAT-compliant invoice from SupplyLuck GmbH. Catalog prices exclude VAT unless stated; provide your VAT number when setting up a business account.
Trade & company accounts
Trade and company accounts can set up VAT invoicing and agreed terms — see For Business or contact us.
